Corvette America and Carlisle Events Renew Partnership

Renowned Company to Sponsor Corvettes at Carlisle Funfield for 5th Consecutive Year

Since 1982, Corvettes at Carlisle has been the premier all-Corvette event in the country. The weekend, held annually at the end of August, draws tens of thousands of passionate enthusiasts to America’s Automotive Hometown, Carlisle, Pennsylvania. As part of the weekend, more than 5,000 cars are positioned onsite where like-minded attendees can mingle with one another; all while interacting with industry guests, a great array of vendors as well as partners located within the Manufacturers Midway. One of those partners, Corvette America, will return to Carlisle in 2013 as the title sponsor of the Funfield.

Since 2009, Corvette America has partnered with Carlisle Events as the title Funfield sponsor. They’ve attended Corvettes at Carlisle every year since the event’s inception but their association with Carlisle and the Corvette community runs much deeper than that. In addition to rave reviews from Miller, Corvette America as a company strongly backs what happens each summer at Carlisle. “We are so fortunate to have the premier Corvette event, Corvettes at Carlisle, right here in our backyard,” said Corvette America President Dave Hall. “There is no better place than Carlisle to witness the strength and pride of the Corvette community. Registration is now available for the 2013 event which takes place August 23-25. Funfield participants looking to save money can do so between now and July 22, 2013 via Gate-N-Go, a pre-registration option that allows for a discount, plus the convenience of receiving event-specific materials weeks in advance of Corvette weekend. Further, season passes for 2013 are available, plus Sunday of the event is now half price, meaning adult tickets are just $7. New for 2013, children 12 and under are admitted free. With many different ways to experience the event, enthusiasts are encouraged to save the date and be part of the fun!
