Biker Billy Cooks!
Biker/Chef Returns to Carlisle to Spice Up Bike Fest 2011
Friday, July 01, 2011
Fire up your bikes, fire up your grille and fire up your appetite for all things spicy. Biker Billy is back! Bill Hufnagle, a.k.a. Biker Billy, returns to Carlisle as part of Bike Fest, July 22-24 at the Carlisle PA Fairgrounds.
Biker Billy is a Harley rider who loves all things hot and spicy. Biker Billy has been on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Good Morning America, National Public Radio, Live with Regis and Kelly and has even cooked tailgate style prior to the Super Bowl. Billy is a frequent guest to Carlisle Bike Fest because of his unique style and popularity. In addition to being a guest on multiple TV shows, Billy has hosted a cable cooking show and is the author of multiple cookbooks, including “Roadhouse Cookbook – Adventures in Roadside Cuisine,” “Biker Billy’s Hog Wild on a Harley” and more.
Billy loves coming to Carlisle for multiple reasons. “It’s a combination of things,” he noted from his North Carolina home. “The people that come to Carlisle are awesome. They are really into motorcycling and its fun crowd with good attitudes. They are happy and passionate about bikes too and the (Carlisle PA) Fairgrounds is an easy to navigate, enjoyable venue.” Billy concluded by lauding Carlisle Events and the simplicity under which he gets to perform and entertain.
Food will be cooked, taste buds will be overloaded, stories will be shared and books will be signed as Biker Billy performs throughout Bike Fest. His hot motorcycles, personality and even hotter peppers make him a true “gear head gourmet.”
With more than 35,000 bike enthusiasts on site and free bike parking, many will step off their rides into the middle of an open air experience like no other. Carlisle Bike Fest, the mid-Atlantic’s premier motorcycle event, is crafted with the rider in mind. Tens of thousands of bikes, trikes and open-air fanatics will cruise in through the breathtaking scenic mountains of the Cumberland Valley to Carlisle for everything from non-stop entertainment to industry guests, demo rides, bike giveaways and more. Whether you spend a few hours or the entire day in Carlisle, you will enjoy a wide variety of apparel, motorcycle and accessory vendors that are second to none. You don’t want to miss this three-day open air celebration. Carlisle Bike Fest – enjoy the ride!
